Actually I wanted to name this blog url as "Siphon" due to non-availability of it, I chose "Syphan". This is a spot name located near to Native village where the canal water flows between two hills in a closed pipe. This was possible by an excellent work of "SG Balekundri" who was an engineer and irrigation expert of Karnataka State.His excellence of work resulted in converting entire barren agricultural land of our village into irrigated land.This is the place where I enjoy and respect a lot.
